Hybrid Sand Bag

The Hybrid Sand Bag brings odd-object training into a controlled package. The load inside shifts as the bag moves, forcing the trunk to fight for stability on every carry, clean and shoulder, which is precisely what makes sandbag work transfer so well to sport and manual tasks. Multiple sewn handles give options for neutral, wide and single-arm grips.

Three sizes at 10, 20 and 30 kg, each dual-marked in kilograms and pounds, cover technique learning through heavy loaded carries without the mess of filling bags on site.
