Hybrid Sled

The Hybrid Sled is a steel training sled built to be pushed, pulled and dragged under load. Upright handles give high and low pushing positions, the central post takes Olympic plates, and attachment points accept straps and harnesses for towing work. Sled training delivers hard leg and lung conditioning with almost no technique barrier, which makes it one of the most coach-friendly tools on a turf strip.

Welded steel construction and replaceable-wear skids mean the sled accepts the scraping, loading and abuse that this style of training exists to dish out.

• Push handles offer high and low drive positions.
• Central post loads standard Olympic plates.
• Attachment points take straps and harnesses for drags and tows.
• Welded steel frame built for turf-strip punishment.
• Skid runners spread wear away from the frame.

• Turf-lane sled pushes and backwards drags.
• Team and combine-style conditioning blocks.
• Low-skill, high-output training for general members.

• Brush turf pellets and grit off the skids after sessions.
• Keep an eye on skid wear and refresh before the frame contacts ground.
• Touch up frame coating scratches to prevent rust lines.
