Returns and cancellations
Skelcore equipment is sold on a quoted, project basis rather than as off-the-shelf retail. Return and cancellation terms are therefore agreed as part of your order rather than applied as a blanket policy, and are set out in your written quotation and order acknowledgement.
Where your terms are written
The documents that govern your order are your quotation and our written order acknowledgement. Those set out any cancellation window, any restocking charge, who pays return freight, and how credits are handled. Where anything on this page differs from those documents, your order documents apply.
What generally cannot be returned
Because most Skelcore orders are built or configured for a specific facility, the following are normally non-returnable once production has begun:
- Custom finishes, frame colours, upholstery and branded plates.
- Equipment built to order or to a non-standard specification.
- Items assembled, installed, bolted down or put into service.
- Flooring cut or fitted to a room.
If something arrives damaged
Transit damage is handled as a freight claim, not a return, and it is time-sensitive. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. See Delivery and freight for what to check on arrival.
If something is wrong or faulty
If you receive the wrong item, an item is missing, or equipment develops a fault, contact us and we will put it right under the warranty terms supplied with your order. Do not return anything before speaking to us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed and freight on heavy equipment is expensive to get wrong.
Existing equipment needing service
For equipment already installed, message us on WhatsApp or email us with the machine name, serial number and a photo or video of the issue. We will get the right part or technician to you.
