Hybrid Power Rope

The Hybrid Power Rope is Skelcore's battle rope: a thick, weighty length of rope with sealed grip ends, made for waves, slams, whips and pulls that push heart rate hard while sparing the joints from impact. Rope conditioning scales instantly, since the same rope punishes an athlete and welcomes a beginner depending on tempo, which is why one anchor point serves an entire class roster.

The sheathed body resists fraying against floors and anchors, and the finished ends keep grips from unravelling under daily use.

• Heavy rope body drives high-output, low-impact conditioning.
• Protective sheathing resists floor abrasion and fraying.
• Sealed grip ends stay intact through daily classes.
• Effort scales with tempo, serving every fitness level at one station.

• Interval conditioning stations and finishers.
• Group circuits anchored to a rig or wall point.
• Low-impact cardio options for heavier members.

• Run the rope over smooth flooring; abrasive surfaces eat sheathing.
• Store loosely coiled off the ground between sessions.
• Examine the anchor loop and grip ends for wear monthly.
