Elite Tricep Straight Bar

The Elite Tricep Straight Bar is the simplest handle at the cable station and one of the most used: a short, straight shaft with a centre eye, gripped palms-down for pressdowns or palms-up for cable curls. Its fixed straight line makes it the strictest of the tricep attachments, holding both hands to an identical path so imbalances have nowhere to hide.

Knurling across the grip length keeps hold consistent wherever the hands land, and the Elite finish stands up to the constant clipping, dropping and swapping a shared handle endures.

• Short straight shaft for strict, symmetrical cable work.
• Works pressdowns, curls and upright rows from one handle.
• Full-length knurled grip surface.
• Centre eye clips to any standard station.
• Elite-series durability for shared racks.

• Strict tricep pressdowns.
• Straight-bar cable curls.
• Upright rows and front raises on low pulleys.

• Brush knurling clear of chalk and skin residue weekly.
• Dry after use to keep the finish from spotting.
• Look over the eye weld as part of attachment inspections.
