Double Grip Tricep Rope (SK-TRIRP-DBL)

The Double Grip Tricep Rope (SK-TRIRP-DBL) hangs two thick rope lengths from a single attachment point, each finished with a moulded end stop the hands brace against. Because rope flexes where bars cannot, the hands are free to travel apart at the bottom of a pressdown, letting the triceps reach the hard final degrees of extension a rigid bar never asks for.

The same freedom makes it the standard handle for face pulls and hammer-grip curls, which is why a rope rarely spends a full minute back on the rack.

• Two rope grips with moulded end stops.
• Flexible line lets hands spread for full elbow extension.
• Covers pressdowns, face pulls, curls and overhead extensions.
• Single attachment point fits any cable clip.
• Thick rope diameter doubles as light grip training.

• Tricep pressdowns with an active hand-spread finish.
• Face pulls for rear delts and posture work.
• Rope hammer curls and overhead extensions.

• Keep the rope off the floor; standing on strands crushes the braid.
• Air out after sweaty sessions before racking.
• Replace when strands fray near the end stops.
