Elite Stirrup Handle

The Elite Stirrup Handle is the single-hand workhorse of the cable station: a stirrup-shaped frame with one grip, clipped on for unilateral rows, presses, raises, curls and just about every one-arm movement a functional trainer can express. If a station owns only one attachment, it is usually this one, twice over.

The Elite version pairs a comfortable grip with a frame finished to shrug off the knocks of being the most-borrowed handle in the building. The eye accepts any standard carabiner or clip.

• Single stirrup grip for all unilateral cable work.
• Comfortable grip section within a rigid frame.
• The most versatile single attachment at any station.
• Standard eye for universal clip compatibility.
• Finished for heavy shared use.

• One-arm rows, presses and lateral raises.
• Single-arm curls and pressdowns.
• Functional and rehabilitation programming.

• Wipe the grip after use; single handles see the most hands.
• Inspect the stirrup frame for bending at the eye.
• Pair-store two handles together for two-arm setups.
