Elite Lat Bar With D-Handle Grip

The Elite Lat Bar With D-Handle Grip mounts a pivoting D-handle at each end of a pulldown bar, so instead of gripping a fixed shaft the hands hold handles that rotate through the rep. The grip angle adjusts itself from pronated at the top toward neutral at the chest, which shoulders and elbows generally thank the buyer for.

It offers the width of a lat bar with the freedom of individual handles, one attachment doing the job of two, and it clips to any standard cable station through its centre eye.

• Rotating D-handles at each end of the pulldown bar.
• Grip angle self-adjusts through the pulling arc.
• Combines lat-bar width with independent-handle freedom.
• Standard centre eye for cable clips.
• Matched to the rest of the Elite attachment family.

• Pulldowns for members with shoulder or elbow sensitivity.
• Rowing variations wanting a rotating grip.
• Stations replacing separate wide-bar and handle setups.

• Keep the handle pivots clean; grit is what kills rotation.
• Wipe grips down and check the D-rings for flat spots.
• Rack by the centre eye so the handles hang free.
