Elite Double Grip Handle

The Elite Double Grip Handle carries two grip positions on a single compact attachment, letting both hands share one cable for close rows, face-pull variations and two-handed rotational work. Training both arms on one handle keeps the load centred, which is exactly what core-focused cable movements like chops and lifts need.

It is a small handle that earns wide use: physiotherapists reach for it as often as strength coaches. The attachment eye fits every standard clip in the Elite series ecosystem.

• Two grips on one attachment for shared two-handed pulls.
• Centres the load for chops, lifts and rotational drills.
• Compact body suits low, mid and high pulley heights.
• Standard eye fits all common cable clips.
• Elite-series construction and finish.

• Close-grip two-handed cable rows.
• Cable chops and lifts for core training.
• Rehabilitation pulls under controlled load.

• Clean both grip surfaces and let them dry fully.
• Check grip fixings for rotation or looseness.
• Hang with the Elite family rather than binning loose.
