Ski Trainer

The Ski Trainer is Skelcore's commercial fan-resistance ski machine for HIIT and conditioning work. Built for gyms, studios and performance facilities, its air resistance scales with every pull, so easy strokes and explosive efforts both feel smooth. The upright frame targets the upper body and core through a natural double-pole motion, and the sturdy build with protected console is made to withstand constant high-traffic use.

• Fan-based air resistance that scales automatically with each pull for unlimited intensity
• Nine sections of air resistance to fine-tune the feel of every workout
• Console tracks stroke rate, time, time/500m, watts, pulse, calories/hour and distance with 7 programs
• Long-lasting backlight with a protective membrane over the screen for durability
• Upright double-pole design that engages the upper body and core
• Two transport wheels for easy repositioning on the training floor

• High-intensity interval training with timed pulls and rest
• Upper-body conditioning circuits and finishers
• Sprint and power-pull intervals
• Cross-training and group class settings

• Wipe down the handles and grip points after each session
• Inspect the chain drive and hardware monthly and tighten as needed
• Keep the fan cage clear of dust and debris for consistent airflow
• Contact Skelcore support for parts, servicing or technical assistance
