Black Rubber Bumper

The Black Rubber Bumper is the everyday drop plate: solid black rubber, a steel centre ring, and nothing that needs explaining. It absorbs floor impact session after session, and because every size wears the same plain black face with clear weight lettering, the set looks uniform however it is mixed on the bar.

Four sizes per unit system, 5 to 20 kg in 5 kg steps or 10 to 45 lb, cover the loads most general-training bars actually see, making this the economical way to outfit multiple bars at once.

• Solid black rubber built for daily floor drops.
• Four kilogram sizes, 5–20 kg; four pound sizes, 10–45 lb.
• Uniform black face keeps mixed bars looking tidy.
• Steel centre ring for a consistent sleeve fit.
• Bold contrast weight lettering on both faces.

• General-purpose bars in functional and CrossFit-style spaces.
• School, team and garage gym platforms.
• Facilities outfitting many bars on a fixed budget.

• Soap-and-water cleaning keeps black rubber from going grey.
• Solvents and petroleum sprays degrade the compound; exclude them.
• Dry stacked plates fully to stop moisture sitting between faces.
