Square Hip Thrust Pad

The Square Hip Thrust Pad takes the opposite approach to its round sibling: flat faces that sit still. The squared profile plants the padded bar on the hips without rolling, which lifters loading up from the floor particularly appreciate, since the bar stays put while they position themselves under it. The flat base also keeps a loaded bar from drifting when parked mid-superset.

Padding density matches the round version, spreading heavy loads comfortably across the pelvis, with a closure that grips the bar shaft firmly.

• Square profile resists rolling during setup and reps.

• Dense padding spreads heavy loads across the hips.
• Firm closure grips the bar shaft.
• Complements the round pad for member preference.

• Hip thrusts set up from the floor.
• Stationary-bar work where roll is a nuisance.
• Facilities stocking both pad profiles for choice.

• Clean the cover with gym-safe wipes between users.
• Store flat on a shelf rather than left threaded on bars.
• Check corner seams, which wear before the faces do.
