The Hex Rubber Dumbbell is the workhorse of the free-weight floor. Six-sided rubber heads stop the bell rolling when it is set down mid-circuit, protect flooring from drops, and keep noise down in open training spaces. A chromed steel handle with medium knurling sits between the heads for a comfortable, secure grip.

The range covers 20 sizes in each unit system, from 2.5 to 50 kg in 2.5 kg increments or 5 to 100 lb in 5 lb increments, which is the sweet spot for group training and general member use.
